I am disappointed in Motorola, Lenovo, and T-Mobile. I thought I was getting a deal for $375, but I got ripped off. This explains the reason for the discounted price at T-Mobile and the refusal to stock any more of them. I'm sure there are a lot of other problems I haven't run into yet. The other day I left my phone charging for 3 hours and only got to 50% before I downloaded an app that would show me my charging amperage. It frequently gets stuck charging ~300mA forcing me to reset the phone sometimes multiple times. Phone won't charge at turbo speeds reliably. I cannot transfer files to a flash drive.ĥ. It enables me to charge through USB but other options are unselectable. The screen flashes on/off making the phone unusable during a call.Ĥ. During a phone conversation the screen won't unblank when taken away from my ear. Missed calls because phone does not ring dependably (confirmed from another phone and 3/10 of the calls did not ring)ģ. Randomly closes apps / Phone randomly resets.Ģ. When I called T-Mobile support they would only offer me a refurbished one which is UNACCEPTABLE.Īlready within a weeks worth of using the phone I've had the following issues.ġ. The problem is, none of the stores in the area have them in stock nor plan on stocking them. They said I had 14 days to exchange it for another one if I had any problems with it. I purchased my Moto Z2 Force last Monday from a T-Mobile store.
